Mr. Blackstone came to our house to survey the work and give us an estimate. He was on time, professional and pleasant. He answered all our questions about the various types and brands of instant water heaters. His estimate was thorough and accurate. On the day of installation he arrived with all the equipment on time and began work. He was very conscientious about keeping the traffic to a minimum and the work area clean.
At every step he answered questions and on the completion of the work showed me all the aspects of the installation and operation of the water heaters. “Call Blackstone Plumbing if you want your job done right! We had one of the other plumbing companies “fix” a leaking toilet for us a few months back. Unfortunately, they didn’t really do anything because it leaked a day after they left! I called Blackstone Plumbing and they not only diagnosed the real problem quickly but fixed the issue properly and we haven’t had any issues since. In addition, while they were on site, I mentioned a minor issue with our kitchen sink. He took a quick look and in 30 seconds found a partly disconnected pipe that could have caused water damage. He fixed the pipe very quickly and didn’t even charge me extra for it!
